The photography in this cookbook is gorgeous, the directions are clear and easy to follow, the meals all use fresh, healthy, and affordable ingredients, and most of all, the health benefits abound: lower blood cholesterol levels, longer life span and increased energy.

Chapter 1- The Everyday Vegetarian Kitchen with tips and information about foods used.
Chapter 2- Salads

I’m a cookbook hoarder and this is definitely one of my new favorites. Everything I’ve made from this cookbook has been so delicious, and it makes eating healthy enjoyable and easy.
