The Perfect Game Day Snack With Rudolph’s Southern Recipe Review
Are you looking for a new Game Day snack to try? Well look no more. These delicious Carmel cinnamon pork rinds are our favorite. I make these using pork rinds by Rudolph’s.
Rudolph’s Southern Recipe Pork Rinds have the tastiest crunch and they have 0 carbs and more protein than peanuts! My family loves these pork rinds as snacks. We take them with us when we travel. They are available in original, hot and spicy and bar-b-queen
For this recipe we will be using Rudolph’s Original Pork Rinds. Crunch them up just a bit and lay them out on a baking dish. I just cover a pan with foil. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees while doing the next steps.
Combine the following in a bowl:
1/4 stick butter melted
1 tablespoon caramel topping
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon (or more) cinnamon
Mix until well combined and starting to thicken.
Pour over pork rinds being sure each is coated.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until starting to brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Mmmmm trust me, you will love the chewy, crispy taste of these and everyone else will too.
