Spicy Chicken Sandwich
2 ounces cooked chicken, I use canned
2 green onions chopped
2 tablespoon roasted red peppers chopped
3 tablespoon buffalo wing sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices low calorie bread
Mix everything together except the bread. Top both slices of bread with the mixture. Place them under the broiler until the cheese has melted and the mixture has browned. This is a yummy sandwich and I sometimes top it with a tablespoon of Fat Free Ranch Dressing.
Approx: 250 calories and 30grams protein This counts as a lunch or dinner entree.
