I’m really excited to tell you about this product. The DoughEZ Pastry Mat.
You don’t use any flour with this mat and no flour means no mess.
It’s so simple to use. You put your dough on one side of the DoughEZ mat, fold over the other side of the mat, then place the included guide sticks under the mat, and roll out your dough. It makes measuring super easy. Once the dough is to your desired shape and thickness, unfold the mat and put a piece of parchment paper on top of the dough. Fold the mat back on top and flip over. Peel off the right side of the mat and your dough is ready for topping a pie, cutting out cookies, or whatever your using the dough for.
The guide sticks help you roll the dough to the desired thickness.
Cleaning up after rolling out the dough couldn’t be easier, you simply wipe off with a wet towel.
What I love about the mat is that you don’t need to use flour to roll the dough.
