These are cheese filled bread in different flavors, that are popular in South America. They are based on a family recipe from Brazil that the creator used to create Brazi Bites when she moved to the United States.
They are very good, I love that they are small, it keeps me from eating so much bread with meals and the kids love that they are able to pop the whole thing into their mouths.
Brazi Bites go from the freezer to the oven and cook for about 20 minutes, you can’t get any easier than that. They are perfect with just about any meal and would be great as snacks. My grand kids loved sopping their plates with them. They are crispy outside with a fluffy inside, I love their delicate taste. Since discovering Brazi Bites, are a must have in my freezer. They are certified gluten free which makes them even better.
